ABRIDGED PROSPECTUS - This Company has been formed for the purpose of meeting the constantly increasing demand for Hotel accommodation and the construction of a Safe Deposit in Manchester. The situation is one of the finest in Manchester and has three frontages; is little more than 100 yards from the Exchange, within a few minutes’ walk of the Victoria Railway station and in immediate neighbourhood of important buildings used as offices by merchants, manufacturers and others. The profits of the Company will be derived from the following sources: the Hotel, restaurants bar; the rents of the offices, shops, auction and sale rooms, the Safe Deposit, Turkish and swimming baths etc.
