Thomas Dale

Nothing is yet known of Thomas Dale with the exception of information concerning three tenders published in The Builder of 9 May 1863

For the erection of four dwelling-houses, at Higher Crumpsall, near Manchester, for Mr. William Smith. Mr. Thomas Dale, architect : Contractor Statham  and Sons (accepted tender £2,205)

For an additional fire-proof storey on building, at the Mill Hill Cotton Works, Blackburn, for Messrs. Hodgkinson, Swaine, and Codling. Mr. Thomas Dale, architect : Stones (accepted) £2,420

Four houses, at Old Trafford: two for Mr. F. J. Ainsworth, and two for Mr. George Richards. Architect Thomas Dale; ContractorStatham and Son (accepted), each house £645.
