TO BUILDERS.—Parties desirous of Tendering for the ALTERATIONS to be made at HEATON GROVE, near Bury, for Thomas Openshaw, Esq., may see plans and specifications, and obtain quantities for the same, offices, No. 6, Union Square, Bury, on and after Thursday, the twenty-ninth day of January, 1863.
