Alterations to photographic studios, Mansfield Chambers, 17 St. Ann's Square, Manchester

The studios belonged to Mrs Fred Wilkinson, and were located in the same building as Waddington, Son and Dunkerley's offices – Mansfield Chambers. 17 St Ann’s Square. Mrs Wilkinson was a specialist in "decorative art", and contributed to the "Old Manchester" section of the Royal Jubilee Exhibition held in Manchester in 1887. She later turned her hand to portrait photography. The plans for the alterations are held at Manchester Central Library and show a rearrangement of rooms. [RF]
