Ashley Lane Wesleyan Church, Moston,

A large commission comprising a new church and schoolrooms. The church accommodated 600 people, and the schools comprised a lecture hall and five classrooms on the first floor and a lecture hall, ladies' parlour, seven classrooms and an infants' room on the ground floor. The plans are held at Manchester Central Library.  The church closed in 1965 and the congregation joined others in the area to form Moston Methodist Church on Moston Lane. All the buildings have now been demolished. [RF]
