BAPTIST CHURCH, PENDLETON - The Baptists of this town propose to erect a new church in Nursery-street, at a cost of £4,000. Accommodation will be provided for 450 people. A feature of the building will be a couple of robing-rooms behind the chancel, which can be thrown open into one for use as a lecture-hall. Messrs Cook & Son, Manchester, have prepared the plans.
