A terrace of eight three-storey houses facing Bury New Road between Knoll Street and Wellington Street, probably built shortly after the opening of Bury New Road in 1828. Stucco, slate roofs. It remains the last survivor of such superior three storey terraces built in the 1830s on Bury New Road, Great Clowes Street and Great Cheetham Street.
