Blackpool North Shore Improvements (Architectural Competition)

Mr J D Harker ARIBA of King-street, Manchester has been awarded by the Blackpool Town Council the first premium of £300 for his designs for the carrying out of the Blackpool North Shore improvement scheme; Mr J J Ireland C.E. of Blackpool, received the second premium, £100; and the third of £50 was awarded to Messrs Mangnall & Littlewood (sic), of Brown-street, Manchester.
