Built in Arts and crafts style. It underwent significant modernisation in the late 1970s, when the outside was rendered and all the Arts and Crafts features were hidden, both inside and out. Evidence suggests that the nearby Lodge was also designed by Myer as the garage and chauffeur’s flat to Walber House. Date uncertain - 1906 or 1910.
