Derker Schools, Oldham

DERKER SCHOOLS - The Derker Schools, the largest property of the Oldham School Board, were opened on Saturday. The buildings replace a privately‑managed school and have been erected at a cost of £20,000. They provide accommodation for 1,524 children. Mr T. Taylor, of Oldham, is the architect.
