TO CONTRACTORS - Persons desirous of TENDERING for the ERECTION of a large COTTON MILL and APPURTENANCES, at Failsworth, for the Royal Cotton Spinning Company Limited, may inspect the plans and specifications and obtain quantities at the office of the architect on and after the 9th instant. Tenders, sealed and endorsed, must be delivered to the Secretary not later than the 17th instant. The lowest, or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
