New Workhouse. New Cross, Wednesfield (Architectural Competition)

Mangnall & Littlewoods were one of three architects selected to compete for designs and plans for a new workhouse. The winner was to receive the commission with a fee of 5%, while the other entrants were each to receive £100 expenses.
