Once at the heart of the Manchester newspaper printing industry and the home of the Daily Mail. The Art Deco tower at the corner of Deansgate and Hardman Street added by J W Beaumont in 1920 became a Manchester landmark. Demolished as a result of the plans to redevelop the Spinningfield area.
