Another pair of cottages for Sir Geoffrey Christie Miller, one of the sponsors of the 1905 Letchworth Cheap Cottages Exhibition. They were situated on North Road, just outside the Exhibition site. They were built of red Asbestic brick with the upper stories rendered with rough-cast. The cost per cottage was £190 or £207 according to internal fittings.
