Pwllycrochan Hotel Colwyn Bay: New Wing

PWLLYCROCHON HOTEL, COLWYN BAY. BUILDERS desirous of Tendering for the several Works required to be done in the erection and completion of a NEW WING and other extensive alterations and additions to the Pwllycrochon Hotel for Mr John Porter, can see the Plans and obtain all necessary; information at the Offices of Mr L. Booth, Architect, No. 88, King-street, Manchester, and No. 3, Station Road, Colwyn Bay. Tenders to be sent to Mr Booth not later than Thursday. the 27th inst. The lowest or any other Tender will not necessarily be accepted, and the contractor will have to complete the whole of the works by May, 1878. [North Wales Chronicle 22 September 1877 page 4]
