St Richards RC Church, Sutcliffe Avenue, Crowcroft Park, Longsight

St. Richard's chapel‑of‑ease was founded in 1936, and was solemnly opened by Bishop Henshaw on December 20, 1936.  In 1947/48 St. Richard's Chapel became the centre of a new parish, to be called St. Richard's.
