TO BUILDERS - TENDERS are INVITED for the REBUILDING of the TOWN HALL HOTEL, Church-street, Eccles, for Messrs. Watson. Woodhead, and Wagstaff Ltd., Salford. Copies of  quantities may be obtained from the Architect, N. Hartley Hacking. 50. Blackfriars, Manchester, on payment £2 2s, which will returned on receipt of a bona-fide tender. Plans may be seen at the Architect's office from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Seated tenders be delivered the Architect not later than 9 a.m. on Tuesday, 25 May.  [Manchester Courier 15 May 1909 page 3].
