Two pairs of Villas Dickenson Road Rusholme (atrib)

Speculative attribution based on the Manchester Guardian report of 1892 - the only known reference to four houses on Dickinson Road designed by Walters. By the 1840s there had been some small-scale development close to the junction with Wilmslow Road, but otherwise it ran through open fields. between Rusholme and Longsight. These houses are not shown on the 1848 OS map
