NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Dawes and Francis Frazer Hoyland, carrying on business as Architects and Surveyors, at 2, Cooper-street, Manchester, and at 124, Chancery-lane, London, under the style or firm of Dawes and Hoyland, has been dissolved, by mutual consent as and from the 25th day of July 1893, All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said William Dawes, who is carrying on the business on his own account.—Dated this 10th day of April, 1894.WILLIAM DAWES; FRANCIS FRAZER HOYLAND.
