The Nobility, Gentry and Clergy of the County of Lancaster and of this Town and vicinity in particular are respectfully informed. that for the more effectual carrying out of the various public and private Works, with which Messrs. WELCH and LATHAM have been individually intrusted. as well for the extension and consolidation of their professional practice. they have entered into PARTNERSHIP commencing from  4 November ensuing. and that by so doing they will be able more fully to consult the interests of their patrons. W. and L. take this opportunity of cordially thanking their numerous friends for the warm support hitherto individually experienced, expressing a hope that the arrangements alluded to will enable them jointly to give additional satisfaction and merit their continued patronage.
