Padwick House Falinge Rochdale

HOUSE AT FALINGE, ROCHDALE. - This house has recently been built for Mr F G Padwick. The walls are of Halifax straight‑cut parpoints and local grit‑stone dressings. The roofs are covered with grey slates. The work was satisfactorily carried out by Mr. Samuel Nicholl, general contractor, and Mr. T. Wilkinson, carpenter and joiner, from the designs and under the supervision of the architect, Mr. Jesse Horsfall, FRIBA, Todmorden. [Building News 13 January 1899 Page 60]
