A new Swedenborgian Church in Wilton-terrace- road, Leeds, was opened on Wednesday week. It is built of local stone with ashlar dressings, and the woodwork is of pitch pine. It seats 240 worshippers, and beneath is a schoolroom. The architect was Mr. Herbert Isitt, Bradford. The cost has been £1,700. [Building News 6 February 1885 page 232].
