Little is yet known of Herbert Greenhalgh Lonsdale. He was elected ARIBA in 1922 and recorded in the RIBA Kalendars until 1927, while living at Prestwich. He then appears to have changed his occupation to something more profitable. Probate records show that he left over £137,000 in 1946.
