Three storey with shops at ground floor level. Tera cotta facings. E. Nove Estates had their offices in this building early in 1930 and the general style is similar to the other Nove buildings, Assumed therefore that this is also by Pendleton & Dickinson. The Building achieved a certain fame in the 1990s as containing the first 24 hour Spar Grocery store in Manchester.
