A group of detached houses numbered 13-21 Peel Moat Road, probably extending into Singleton Road designed by Woodhouse and Willoughby.

21 PEEL MOAT ROAD  -  Adjacent to the park, this was the largest of the houses and was built for John’s brother Robert Woodhouse (1839-1898). Terra cotta and plaster-work detailing, date in gable and still retaining its coach house. The house was subject to an application for demolition in August 2004 which has since been withdrawn.  John Woodhouse lived at Singleton Lodge in 1901 and died at “Castlemere,” Peel Moat Road in 1929. Report also indicates that George H Willoughby lived at 17 Peel Moat Road.
