13 houses on National Street in Ordsall, adjacent to Tatton, Robert Hall and Worsley street. These are standard pavement terraced houses, ground floor bay window with three bedrooms and a single front cellar and outside toilet. The ITB papers show Lord's signature and also his (residential) address of 56 Fizwarren St. L/CS/M5528. Henry Lord owned land in National Street and appears to be acting as developer as well as architect.
