A pair of (asemmetrical) semi-detached houses separated from adjoining cottages by brick screen walls to maintain the enclosure of the external space to the street. Large access court at rear now provides a garage and parking area. Elevations with single storey bay windows in rough cast render set on a brick plinth. Simple lead canopies over doors. Roof in plain clay tile. Prominent gables. Twenty-five years later this would provide one of the prototypes for the suburban semis of the inter-war period.
