21 houses, Marsh House Estate, Darwen

THE INDUSTRIAL CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY - We understand that the Industrial Co-operative Society contemplates erecting about 21 houses on their estate at Marsh House. The buildings when finished will be replete with every modern convenience and made comfortable and attractive at every point. The same society have just completed 17 first class dwellings and are, at present, erecting 8 houses containing cellar, kitchen, back kitchen, parlour, and three bedrooms. The whole of the above works have been arranged and superintended by Mr. J. B. Thornley, architect, 48A Market Street.
