8-18 Deyne Avenue Prestwich

This is a block of six small houses which have been built at Prestwich, Manchester. The object of the architect has been to introduce some variety into the elevation, in a simple and inexpensive manner, so as to preserve the picturesque character of the locality. Prestwich is an old suburb of Manchester that has of late years been very much spoilt by the ordinary type of red-brick houses. Mr. Walter R. Sharp, of Manchester, was the architect.
