Memorial stones of new Unitarian schools were laid at Gee Cross, near Manchester, on Saturday. They will adjoin the existing schools at that place, will be like them Gothic in style, and will accommodate a similar number (350) of children. Messrs Worthington and Elgood, of Manchester, are the architects, and the outlay will be about £3,000. [Building News 11 October 1889 page 504]
