The erection the proposed new church of All Saints', North Moor, in the parish of St. Mary's, Oldham, has been commenced. Against the estimated cost - £5,000 - the sum of £3,000 has been raised. [Manchester Guardian 2 April 1888 page 8 – Ecclesiastical Intelligence]
The committee for, erecting the proposed new church, All Saints' North Moor, Oldham are now taking steps for carrying out the scheme. A plot of land for a site has been given by a local Churchman. The church, to contain between 500 and 600 free sittings, is to cost £5,000; and an endowment fund of £2,000 is to be raised. The Rev. All Saints’ Church closed in 1987 and was sold to Oldham's Ukrainian Catholic Church of SS Peter and Paul, which had from 1963 held services in a former school on Stansfield Street.
