Extensive additions are about to be made to the Bolton bank premises at Atherton, from the plans of Mr George Woodhouse, architect, of Bolton. [Building News 15 July 1881 Page 92]

TO BUILDERS.—Persons desirous of Tendering for the Work required in the ALTERATION and ADDITIONS to PREMISES at Atherton for the Bank of Bolton Limited (Atherton Branch) are informed that plans, specifications, and quantities can be seen at the offices of the architect on and after Thursday, the 14th inst. Tenders to be sent under cover to the architect, endorsed " Tender for Bank Alterations, Atherton," not later than Wednesday, the 20th inst. The directors do not pledge themselves to accept the lowest or any tender, and no allowance will made for estimates.—By order, GEORGE WOODHOUSE, Architect, 8 July, 1881.
