Hartley, Cobden Street, Chadderton; mason work—Mr. A. Mackey, Haringe Street, Oldham; joiners— Messrs Samuel Ashton, Ltd., Plator Street, Oldham; slaters—Messrs. W. Henshnll & Sons, Barket Street, Oldham; plumber—Mr. J. Harrison, Oldham Road, Royton; plasterer—Mr. J. Glynn, Station Street, Mumps, Oldham. The architects are Messrs. C. T.
