This building has recently been purchased by some Manchester gentlemen and turned into a company under the Limited Liability Act. The view given shows what the building is intended to be after the alterations (part of which are now in progress) are completed. The upper storey will be entirely new and the inside will be altered and re-arranged so as to give better accommodation to visitors and greater facilities for the management. Messrs J Holden and Son of Manchester are the architects to the company and the work will be carried out by Mr Foggett, builder of Manchester.
