James Lord of Buile Hill left the site at the corner of Cross Street and Chapel Walks to his daughter Martha – aunt of Frank Bindloss . Mary Bindloss nee Lord was his mother. The site was redeveloped as Bindloss Chambers after 1884. Design is atributed to Frank Bindloss who maintained offices at 70 Bindloss Chambers
