Birmingham Council House Competition

We have already fully illustrated the selected design, and also that submitted by Mr. Henry T. Hare.* Herewith we give the two chief floors and view of the scheme prepared by Messrs Mansell and Mansell. of Birmingham, and Albert E. Dixon, of Manchester, (joint architects) whose plan is one of the best. The other drawing given illustrates Messrs Matear and Simons' perspective, giving the surroundings very carefully drawn in pen and ink.
