CHILDREN'S CONVALESCENT HOSPITAL, CHEADLE - This hospital was built as an addition to the Royal Asylum. The walls are of red brick, and the roofs are covered with red Staffordshire tiles, the gables being filled in with modelled plaster. Messrs. Bell and Roper, of Manchester, were the architects.
