Church House Llanfair-Nant-Gwyn, Pembrokeshire
CHURCH HOUSE, LLANFAIR NANT-GWYN, PEMBROKESHIRE — by Mr. Withers, is a successful but unpretending building having much character, adjoining the churchyard; the lower story forming a stable and coach-house, with a school-room and single living-room above. This is a very good idea for providing what is so much wanted in Wales — where several churches are often served by one priest — a suitable resting-place for man and horse. The school-room will be available for a dame’s school; and the living-room will form her residence. [Ecclesiologist 1857 page 131]

NOTE - The only building close to the church is noted as a Sunday School on the 1888 OS map. It stands on the main road adjacent to the drive to the church and former Pantyderi Estate. It has subsequently been turned into a cottage, leaving no indication of its original function.
