Church Winton (Architectural Competition)

WINTON - In a competitive design for a new church to hold 600 at Winton, a suburb of Worsley, Manchester, in which Mr Caroe was assessor and the conditions wer drawn up by him, the following were placed. 1st Mr R T Beckett ARIBA, Chester, second, Mr F R Freeman, Bolton, third Mr F P Oakley, Manchester.
