Extensions, Mitchell Hey Mills, College Road, Rochdale

CONSIDERABLE EXTENSIONS AT MITCHELL HEY MILLS - Extensive alterations and additions have been commenced this week to the above mills. The alterations which comprise the addition of a new weaving shed and sundry preparations will necessitate the pulling down of portions of the present buildings. The whole of the work has been let in one contract to Mr Thomas Taylor, builder, Lowerplace, Rochdale, and the architects are Messrs S Butterworth and Duncan, m4 South Parade, Rochdale, under whose supervision the work will be carried out.
