The Fish Hall is a building on the site of Sion Chapel Murray Street for the Liverpool Fish Company’s sales, which is being erected from the designs and under the superintendence of Mr Rampling. The south front will be of stone and will have apparently a portico of unfluted Doric columns in antae.[J C Loudon Architecture Magazine 1837 page 402-403]
