OPENING OF HILL STREET PRESBYTERIAN SUNDAY SCHOOLROOM AND VESTRIES.—These rooms are built upon land adjoining the chapel in Hill-street, sold by Sir W. W. Wynn, and are so commodious and well planned as certainly to furnish great facilities for usefulness to the church to which they belong, and to prove of service to the town. The large schoolroom measures 54 feet by 27 feet the vestry 24 feet by 19 feet. To these are attached a convenient boiler room (for tea parties), lavatory, etc. The architect was Mr Owen, Breck-road, Liverpool, and the builder, Mr Edward Williams, Wrexham, each of whom has done his part very creditably.  [Cambrian News 6 June 1873 page 8]
