RHYL - HOSPITAL FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES. At a meeting of the Rhyl Improvement Commissioners it was recommended that Messrs. Darbyshire and Smith, architects, be instructed to prepare plans and specifications and an estimate of the cost of a building such as was proposed, to accommodate 24 persons according to the requirements of the Local Government Board.
