House at Windermere

TO STONE MASONS, WALLERS, CARPENTERS, PLUMBERS, AND OTHERS - Persons desirous of CONTRACTING for the whole or any of the several Works required to be done in ERECTING and COMPLETING a HOUSE at WINDERMERE, for John Harris, Esq., may see the Drawings and Specifications on application to Mr Donaldson, Clerk of the Works, Windermere, and after Tuesday next, the 12th instant. Sealed Tenders to be forwarded to the Offices of the Architects, 68, George Street, Manchester, on or Monday, the 18th instant. The Proprietor does not pledge himself to accept the lowest Tender.
