Inspector's Residence adjoining the Police Station Withington

The County Council of Lancashire invite TENDERS for the ERECTION of an INSPECTOR'S RESIDENCE adjoining the Police Station, Withington. Plans can be seen, and a copy of the quantities obtained, at the office of the undersigned on payment of ono guinea, which will be returned on the receipt of a bona fide tender. Tenders are sent in not later than Monday, December 15, 1890, sealed and endorsed " Withington Tender," to Colonel Moorsom, Constable of Lancashire, Preston. The County Council not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any tender. "W. TELFORD GUNSON, C.E., architect and valuer, 10, Manchester. 6 December 1890.
