The foundation stone has just been laid at Bolton of a large Wesleyan Mission Hall which is to be erected in Bradshawgate and known as King’s Hall. The design (by Messrs Bradshaw and Gass) provides for a tower 75 feet high, an assembly hall to accommodate 1,650 persons, a roof garden, a small hall to hold 800 people and a suite of lecture and class-rooms. The estimated cost of the building is about £13,000. [British Architect 6 April 1906 Page 249]
