Lodge: Philips Park Manchester

The new lodge, a residence for some of the park keepers near the north east corner of the park erected from a design by Mr James E Gregan, is a neat little edifice, not only completed but tenanted. [Manchester Guardian 22 August 1846 page 9] Brick with Stone facings.
