Lancashire Asylums. - At the last meeting of the Lancashire Asylums Board it was reported that the Lunacy Commissioners had approved the plans, prepared by Mr. Henry Littler, county architect, for the erection at Wheatley of a sixth lunatic asylum, to be arranged on the villa or colony system.
