NEW PREMISES EXCHANGE STREET MANCHESTER - The building comprises shops and offices but principally picture galleries on the ground floor in the rear for Messrs. Thomas Agnew & Sons. The front is being built in red stone and red brick and the roof covered with green slates. The lifts will be put in by Messrs. Archibald Smith and Stevens. The contractors are Messrs. Neill & Sons and the architect Mr Charles Heathcote of Manchester.
