The Committee of the Manchester and Northern Counties Freehold Land Society are now ready to RECEIVE TENDERS for the FORMATION of Certain ROADS and STREETS on the Monks Hall Estate, Eccles. The plans and specification may be seen at the office of Mr W. H. Johnson, architect and surveyor, 28, Princess-street. the surveyor to the said society. Sealed tenders addressed to the Chairman of the Committee, to be delivered at the Society's Offices, 16 Clarence-street, Princess Street, on or before Thursday the 22nd instant.
